Originally founded in 1922 by renowned trial lawyer Minter L. Wilson, Wilson, Frame, Benninger, & Metheney, PLLC, has grown steadily since the addition of Clark B. Frame in 1955, and William L. Frame, Wesley W. Metheney, and J. Michael Benninger in the 1980's. All are respected litigators with deep roots in the Morgantown, West Virginia community.
